Budget Video Editing Laptop 2017

In this little piece of article, I'll try to answer your, and possibly thousands of other curious minds' question.

Question: What's the Best and Budget Video Editing Laptop in 2017?

Well, when we ask the question of "Budget" Video Editing Laptop, there aren't many options left for us to pick from, are there?

This is why I felt the need of posting and sharing my opinion on this subject matter. I haven't done any kind of reviews or suggestions before, about Laptops or any other Tech related topic. So, if you don't like any of it, I'd like to apologize, in advance! :P

So, I, right now, own HP ProBook 450 G2 for MY video editing work, for YouTube. But, this thing sucks SO hard that I can't even edit 1080p simple presentation videos in Camtasia Studio 8.6!

In short, I don't have enough memory, because I think memory is the main issue for me. But, the laptop isn't powerful enough as well.

HP ProBook 450 G2 Specs:

Processor; i5 5200U Dual Core 2.2GHz
RAM; 8GB DDR3L
Graphics; AMD Radeon R5 M255 (2GB)
Storage; 500GB Samsung EVO 850 SSD

And still, it doesn't do much when it comes to editing light 1080p videos for YouTube.

And if you want, here are the videos I edit using this notebook: Bit.ly/UrduTube

But...

When I started doing some research, after a friend/student of mine, who also does YouTube work and uploads, now, 1080p videos, I started doing research on the laptop he was using and recently had bought for his video editing work.

That's what I got shockingly amazing results!

That's when I found these interesting series of laptops from Dell. They're OLD laptops, but pack just the punch YOU and I are looking for.

I haven't bought my piece yet because I know that I have found what I was looking for. Best, Budget and Powerful Mobile Workstation Laptop that can edit even 4K videos, possibly. And I'll buy one as it gets cheaper and cheaper.

Hardware isn't going anywhere. Hardware, Specs aren't gonna change, because those laptops aren't being made anymore. This is why I'm using HP ProBook 450 G2, my current laptop as much as possible, so I can get the most out of it and save the money for buying one from Dell's Precision series.

Yeah, that's right.

Dell Precision M series is where it's at.

This is what HE, my friend uses for his 1080p video editing.

He also, just like me, uses Camtasia Studio for video editing on his laptop.

I was looking to buy a PC before. But just when I found and researched this AMAZING series from Dell, I knew that I won't need any PC if I buy this thing.

Now, lemme show you a video from YouTube that I watched. I'd recommend you to watch the review too, because even if you don't have the laptop yet, it's pretty exciting to watch the review and hear someone saying GOOD things about something you're interested in.

Dell Precision M4600 Review

Hopefully, you're now also interested in buying Dell Precision M4600 or maybe a latest version of this series. Because, the older the version/model is, the less costly it is gonna be.

If you ask me, I am more interested in M6500, M6600 or M4600. These are the three laptops I am interested in buying, when I decide to finally buy one.

As of now, I don't have any savings for buying a laptop. Plus, I don't have any shop in my area as well where I can go and pick one up. I'd have to visit a big city like Lahore or something if I wanna get my hands on an old laptop.

Now, I hope you have got some idea on what to look for when considering to buy a Budget Video Editing Laptop.

As I mentioned earlier, I am NO tech reviewer or experienced researcher when it comes to these things. But, I AM a Video Editor who's also hunting for a Best and Budget Video Editing Laptop in 2017.

I LOVE helping people! I LOVE sharing my knowledge with others for sake of NOTHING in return! I mostly am available on Facebook.
